The Father Fred Foundation is guided by a ten member Board of Directors

In recent years  significant improvements in the Foundation leadership have taken place, including updated Board training and the creation of an effective committee structure. The Board recently completed a study to determine the role of the Foundation in the community and developed a three-year strategic action plan for improvements.

The Foundation is a non-profit charity providing the following services: 1) funds to meet emergency needs: 2) food from the largest food pantry in Northern Michigan: and 3) quality clothing, furniture and household goods at no cost. In addition, the Foundation strives to treat all clients with respect and encourage hope for their future.
