Who do we serve?
The Foundation serves all residents of the Grand Traverse region’s five counties – Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Kalkaska and Antrim. Once individuals have exhausted available help from state and federal programs, the Foundation makes every effort to help solve a problem. Some people visit the Foundation once for a boost and they are on their way. Others have greater needs and come for help more often. The Foundation now provides management of the infant and preschool center called Father Fred Angel Care Child Care. Every effort is made to find scholarship help as needed.

You come directly to the Foundation at 826 Hastings Street, Traverse City, MI
HOURS:
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10 AM – 2 PM
Wednesdays: 10 AM – 7:30 PM.
For clients living some distance from Traverse City or in one of the counties we serve outside of Grand Traverse (Antrim, Benzie, Kalkaska and Leelanau), it may be more convenient to seek services closer to home.
