Who do we serve?
The Foundation serves all residents of the Grand Traverse region’s five counties – Grand Traverse, Leelanau, Benzie, Kalkaska and Antrim. Once individuals have exhausted available help from state and federal programs, The Foundation makes every effort to help solve a problem. Some people visit The Foundation once for a boost and they are then on their way. Others have greater needs and come for help more often.
Where do I go for help?
You come directly to the Foundation at 826 Hastings Street, Traverse City, MI
HOURS:
Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 10 AM – 2 PM
Wednesdays: 10 AM – 7:30 PM.
For clients living in one of the counties we serve outside of Grand Traverse (Antrim, Benzie, Kalkaska and Leelanau), it may be more convenient to seek services closer to home. The Foundation has a relationship with the following organizations which enables you to get your needs addressed there:
