Sue Bauer has joined the staff of the Father Fred Foundation as the Volunteer Coordinator.  Sue has her MA in counseling and is a licensed professional counselor.   She has an extensive background in social services and managing people and projects.  Sue has worked as a vocational rehabilitation counselor, intake coordinator and case manager for a substance abuse treatment center, and mental health and substance abuse therapist in private practice.  She has created and run two small businesses being responsible for all facets from marketing to service provision to customer satisfaction.  Being raised in a family with two deaf parents, Sue has a great sensitivity to disenfranchised individuals.
